Coach what you see. TeamArc remembers it.

  1. Say what you saw. It finds the right player.

    Talk the way you already do: first names, nicknames, numbers. Speech becomes text on your iPhone; the audio never leaves it. Anything TeamArc isn’t sure of waits for you.

  2. Every note lands in the player’s story.

    Open any player to see their notes over time, with a short summary to read before you talk with them.

  3. A growth plan that carries through the season.

    Set a focus and a goal. Every few weeks TeamArc drafts a check-in from what you’ve seen; you decide how it’s going and whether their family sees it.

  4. You choose what families see.

    Write an update or a shout-out, or let TeamArc draft one from your notes. Nothing is shared until you send it, and you can edit or remove it later.

  5. The schedule, answers and who’s here.

    Add themed practices or paste a league or tournament calendar link. Families answer yes, no or maybe in the app. You see who’s still waiting, can send them one reminder, and “Who’s here” starts from the yeses. Announcements reach every family at once.

  6. Tryouts that remember who they met.

  7. Build the team.

    Bring in your roster, invite each player’s family by email or from your phone, and see who has joined. Players you move from a tryout bring their notes with them. Moved someone by mistake? Undo it within 7 days; nothing is deleted.

A season timeline for every player

We’re building a timeline of each player’s season, for coaches only. It shows their focus area over time, the weeks you were watching (the weeks with notes), and when a goal was set, a check-in happened or a shout-out went home. Tap a week to open those notes.

It’s there to help you remember, never to judge: no score, no rating, no comparison with other players.
