Each summary says how many notes and coaches it came from. Descriptive only: no scores, no rankings, no advice on who to pick. Players are identified to Google by number, not name.

Invite to your team.

TeamArc prepares a letter from your club, subject to registration, eligibility and fees. You review it and send it from your own phone. Nothing sends by itself. The letter has only what you write: never notes, tags or summaries.

Wrap up.

Move the players who are joining; their notes come too, your tags never do. Moved someone by mistake? Undo it within 7 days. Everyone else is archived 30 days after the tryout, or after their offer is answered or expires, whichever is later. They’re never shown to families, and you can restore them.
